Getting started
Tawasul puts listening, creating, approving and publishing on social in one place, in Arabic as much as in English.
1. Get an account
Sign up from the pricing page: pick a plan, create your account and your organisation in one step, and confirm the plan. You land in the app, signed in. Invite your team in Members: each gets an email to join, whether or not they have an account yet. Give each a role in Roles.
2. Describe what you sell
Open Catalog and add your products and services, or import them from a CSV file. Posts, campaigns, offers and forecasts all use it.
3. Set your brand
Your brand (its name, line, website, colours, logo and voice) is your organisation’s brand in AI knowledge. Add or change it from Brand kit, where you also upload the fonts every render uses. Every render and every AI draft follows it, and your AI guidelines.
4. Start listening
Add a Monitor for your brand, a topic or a campaign. Each check looks for a spike, a turn to the negative, and accounts working together, and raises an alert with its evidence. To look into a topic once, use Research.
5. Make, approve, publish
- Set the steps every piece of content passes in Approval flow.
- Connect your own pages and accounts in Publishing accounts.
- Make a post in Content, by hand or with AI.
- It waits in Content until each step decides: show Waiting for me for what’s yours to decide, and select several to approve at once. Nothing is published until it is approved.
- Schedule it. The Publish queue shows it as published only once the platform confirms.

- Answer comments and messages from the Social inbox.
- Find prospects in Leads, after you describe your Ideal customer.
- Plan the month in Calendar: planned content, scheduled and published posts, and your schedules’ slots.
- Ask the assistant from any screen, or from a post to have it rewrite the post or make its image.
