A post won’t publish

• Is it approved? In Content, show Waiting approval: an item there waits until every step of the Approval flow decides.
• Is the account connected? In Publishing accounts, an account marked Expired needs Reconnect.
• The Publish queue marks a post Published only when the platform confirms it. Until then it shows as Scheduled or Waiting for the platform; a Failed post says why.

A monitor raises no alerts

An alert needs a spike, a turn to the negative, or accounts working together on the topic. A quiet topic raises none. Use Research to read what’s being said right now.

AI drafts don’t sound like us

Fill in your brand’s voice from Brand kit (it is your brand in AI knowledge), and add AI guidelines: every AI draft uses them.

No leads are found

Save your Ideal customer first: who needs what you sell, and the words they use when they ask. Leads are found and scored against it.

A forecast is empty

Forecasts are made for the items in the Catalog: add them, then press Forecast again. Without a Sales history, the season’s effect is assumed from the item’s industry, so say which it is.

An offer won’t send

Offers go out only once approved, and never to an address that opted out.

The AI says it reached a limit

The line says which limit and when it resets: your plan’s AI for the day or the week, or the AI provider’s own. Try again after that time. If it happens often, ask us about a bigger plan.
